Descendre dans le vallon puis suivre le GR52 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>pour rejoindre la baisse de Ventabren <\/strong>(1862m<\/em>).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mont\u00e9e \u00e0 la Pointe de Ventabren<\/strong> (1976m<\/em>). Descente sur la baisse de la D\u00e9a<\/strong> (1750m<\/em>).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Remonter plein Nord pour retrouver <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>l<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>a baisse de Ventabren.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Le retour s\u2019effectue par l\u2019itin\u00e9raire inverse de l\u2019aller jusqu\u2019au point de d\u00e9part.<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u00e9nivel\u00e9 :<\/strong> 600m, Distance :<\/strong> 10,00km,\u00a0IBP<\/strong> 82,\u00a0Niveau :<\/strong> Moyen,<\/p>\n

Possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019extension pour aller jusqu\u2019au Mangiabo<\/strong> (1820m) en Aller\/Retour.<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u00e9nivel\u00e9 :<\/strong> 710m, Distance :<\/strong> 13,8km, IBP<\/strong> 92, Niveau :<\/strong> Moyen +,<\/p>\n

D\u00e9part :<\/strong> 7h15 en covoiturage du parking du stade Maurice Jean-Pierre 06110 le Cannet,<\/p>\n
